ABOUT US

Our founder, Anne Dailey, started the company after obtaining a B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University. She then obtained an M.A. in Clinical Psychology (with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a former elementary school teacher. Anne has worked in a variety of settings in the Chicagoland area, ranging from in-center, in-home, and school settings. During her graduate career, she was employed as a general education teacher on the westside of Chicago.

Anne’s experiences have included severe behaviors, early intervention, social skills, functional communication training, verbal behavior training, instructional design, parent training, staff training, and functional analyses. Anne has also supervised individuals locally and remotely pursuing certification since 2019. She also has experience in exam preparation for individuals pursuing RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA certification. With her clients, Anne hopes to bring meaningful behavior changes that are functional and important to increase the quality of life by collaborating with parents and other professionals. In addition, she’s interested in staff training on ABA applications to ensure student success and the generalization of skills across multiple settings.
